Toddler

Our classrooms are designed to meet the independent and curious nature of toddler, allowing them to freely explore in a beautiful and safe environment. The environment is language-rich, with adults using proper nomenclature rather than baby talk so that the children are exposed to and develop a broad vocabulary. Adults also support toddlers in communicating with each other. A range of books allows children to explore on their own or read aloud with an adult.

Primary

Montessori Academy Schools Primary program provides a carefully planned, stimulating environment that helps children develop the foundational habits, attitudes, skills, and ideas that are essential for a lifetime of creative thinking and learning.

Pre School

Our preschool education classrooms offer a rich variety of opportunities for children to experience freedom within a secure, attractively structured, and welcoming environment. Maria Montessori recognized the spontaneous interest that arises within each child at this age. It is through the child’s interest and active engagement that the love of learning arises. Our Montessori-trained teachers observe and record each child’s individual progress, knowing when to allow a child to work with genuine interest, or when to introduce a new challenge or point of interest.

Pre-kindergarten

Our Pre Kindergarten program provides a thoughtfully prepared environment created with purpose to nurture curiosity and encourage independent learning.

kindergarten

Montessori emphasized learning through all five sense, not just through listening, watching, or reading. Children in our classes learn at their own, individual pace and according to their own choice of activities from hundreds of possibilities. Learning is an exciting process of discovery, leading o concentration, motivation, self-discipline, and a love of learning.

Summer Programs

Every summer we see many happy faces enjoying the programs and facilities at our schools. Separate preschool and elementary programs are planned to meet the interests and needs of each age group. Campers enjoy academic mornings and enrichment filled afternoons. Indoor and outdoor activities are planned around weekly themes. We will have field trips, special visitors and works in areas including athletics, visual arts, performing arts, nature exploration, science, music and movement, recreational games, gardening, and more!
